At Haven and Hush, we strive to provide exceptional quality and service. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within:
- Jewellery: 2 days from delivery date
- Silk products: 2 days from delivery date
Return applicable only in case of defective product received. It is advised to make video while unboxing and provide the same while initiating Return request.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Jewellery must be in its original condition, including tags and accessories.
Silk products must be unwashed and unaltered.
1. Contact Customer Service via phone/email/online form.
2. Provide order number, reason for return, and please share the package unboxing video (at contact@havenandhush.com) for wrong product / missing / Damaged item received within 24 - 48 hours of product delivery otherwise the issue will not be entertained.
3. Receive return shipping instructions and label.
1. Refunds processed within 7-15 business days after receiving returned items.
2. Refunds issued to original payment method or H&H credits which can be used by the customer on their next purchase.

Payments made with COD/Prepaid option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.

Please note that we do not solve customer queries on any of the social media platform i.e. Facebook, Instagram and so on.
Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including pillowcase, may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
